Due to the digital nature of this product, we do not offer any refunds. If you face any issues with watching the movie, payments or transactions, or have general feedback for us or would like to send us a message, we request you to contact our support e-mail address (support_at_octsquare_dot_com), and we’ll get back to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
You may be eligible for a refund if, after contacting the support and exploring all the possible options with us, your issue is not resolved. The final decision on your eligibility to make a refund is with us. In such cases, to issue a refund, we require the transaction details that were sent to you when you bought the movie. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved by us, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The following are a few scenarios that are strictly not eligible for a refund:
1) You did not like the movie that you watched.
2) Connectivity issues at your end that make it impossible to watch the movie.
3) You did not watch the movie within the given time limit (please see the email sent from us for details when you bought the ticket).
4) You want to re-purchase a ticket after canceling the previous one because there was an available discount.
